Paul M. Schulz, President of EMF joined the company in 2007. Mr. Schulz has a demonstrated track record in delivering quantifiable results in cost reduction, revenue generation, and quality improvement, throughout his 25 year career. He had previous General Manager experience at Carbone of America and Electro-Tech Machining. Furthermore he delivered results for a total of 15 years at Morgan AM&T in Pennsylvania as Global Vice President of Operations, Vice President/ General Manager of Pure Carbon Company, Plant Manager, Engineering Manager. Mr. Schulz has a bachelor in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University.

Mr. Schulz is an active member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineering. He has served on various corporate Boards of Director in both the private and public sectors. Further Mr. Schulz is a leader in a wide variety of civic and charitable organizations.
