EMF has been designing and manufacturing thin film coatings for over 65 years. Our facility is located in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York State, close to several state parks and recreation areas. Ithaca is also home to Cornell University and Ithaca College.

EMF is a small company with about 30 people on staff. Our employees are flexible, wear many hats and are involved in the planning and direction of the business. We practice Open Book Management and expect a high level of participation from all employees.
