Optical Coating Technician

We are seeking a technician to join one of our cross-functional production teams. EMF uses World-Class Manufacturing as its operating philosophy, giving all members of a production team responsibility for a product from start to finish. You will be responsible for cleaning substrates, operating a vacuum chamber to deposit coatings and using a spectrophotometer to verify optical specifications. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for manufacturing product, maintaining and improving process efficiency and satisfying EMF's customers.
